Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Refunds are processed through the retailer (JVZoo) when applicable.

• How to request: Email support@cryptopulseai.io within 14 days and include your JVZoo receipt (transaction ID).
• What to include: your purchase email, the reason for the refund, and (if relevant) a screenshot of the issue.
• Processing time: we typically respond within 1–2 business days. Actual refund timing depends on JVZoo/payment processor.
• Access: once a refund is approved, access to the product/downloads may be revoked.
